ACCESS MEETINGS

Due to COVID-19 Concerns, pursuant to Executive Order 2020-4, declaring a State of Emergency, and Emergency Order #12, temporarily modifying public access under

RSA Chapter 91-A, all emergency meetings will take place remotely by Audio Conference.

To access the meetings by audio, please follow the instructions below.

To join the meetings, follow the instructions below:

1. Dial the Call in Number: 1-929-205-6099
2. Enter the Meeting ID:  571-325-5541#
3. Note: Participant IDs will not be provided for this meeting, simply press # to continue
4. Enter the Meeting Password: 312900#

The following email address will be monitored throughout the meetings by someone who can alert the committee to any issues: rbernier@co.rockingham.nh.us.

The meetings will be adjourned if the public cannot access the meetings.
