County Rehabilitation and Nursing Center

Rockingham County Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is committed to providing preventative and restorative care to all residents. The physical, emotional, spiritual, and psychological needs are addressed by qualified medical, nursing, and supportive allied health care professionals.

A safe, comfortable, home-like environment, influenced by the resident’s individual needs and preferences is provided with careful recognition of each resident’s rights regarding confidentiality, safety, spirituality and quality of life.

At all times the resident’s wishes are interwoven throughout the care plan. Residents, responsible family members or legal representatives are encouraged to assist in the development of this plan of care.

Services Offered: Dental Care – Podiatry Services – Mental Health Services – Physical, Speech and Occupational Therapy – Audiology, Nutritional and Dietary Supervision – Beauty Shop/Barber Shop, Social & Pastoral Counseling – All Faith’s Chapel Services.

Ernest P. Barka Assisted Living Community

Our assisted living community is located adjacent to our nursing home we can offer a number of facilities and programs that might not be available in a similar sized care community.

Private and semi-private rooms; some available for couples

24 hour medical assistance

3 meals a day served in the community dining room

Common kitchen area for cooking

4 season atrium

Laundry and housekeeping

On-site parking

Library & Study
